Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets
Analyze and interpret construction plans and specifications
Support tender processes and bid comparisons
Maintain and update estimating databases
Participate in client meetings as needed

Requirements:
3–7 years of relevant estimating experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction or Engineering
Understanding of cost drivers and estimating techniques
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Excel and estimating software
