In this crucial role, you will report to the Assistant General Manager, guiding the front-of-house staff to ensure outstanding service and smooth daily operations. Your role encompasses employee management and adherence to health and safety standards alongside financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of staff
• Investigate and resolve service incidents accordingly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in dining spaces




• Estimate food and beverage needs and manage intake orders
• Analyze financial reports to stay within the budget
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in restaurant management
• Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine is highly valued
• Must be available for a versatile work schedule
• Food Handler’s License preferred
