Sunday: 10am–7pm
Monday–Saturday: 9am–8pm
What You’ll Do
Create a warm, welcoming guest experience from check‑in to check‑out
Confidently recommend upgrades and drive membership and sales performance
Book, adjust, and manage appointments accurately in a fast‑paced system
Handle guest payments and transactions with attention to detailMaintain boutique standards before, during, and after shifts
Support team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
Solid sales mindset with confidence recommending services and upgrades
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Friendly, outgoing, and guest‑focused personality
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
Team player who contributes to a positive work culture
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, not required

The NOW Massage offers high‑quality, customizable massage services without the time commitment and cost of a traditional spa. With boutiques currently open coast to coast and a steady expansion plan, the locations are known for their elevated aesthetic inspired by exotic destinations.
Compensation: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
