Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting assessments for OT/ADP and feeding needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans in health records system




• Complete evaluations for falls prevention and restraints
• Collaborate with nursing and physiotherapy staff
• Recommend interventions adhering to best practices
Requirements:
• Must be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Must have ADP Authorizer qualifications
• Qualified License Insurance required
• Solid interpersonal skills essential
• Police check for the Vulnerable Sector is necessary
