Key Responsibilities:
Create and coordinate comprehensive estimation plans
Develop E&I; Material Take-Offs for key electrical components
Review estimates and assist junior estimators in development




Maintain and update unit-rate databases for accuracy
Collaborate to align cost assumptions and ensure estimate completeness

Requirements:
Minimum of two years of estimating or project controls experience
Demonstrated ability to manage details in a timely manner
Robust communication combined with technical skills
Familiarity with Cost Competitive Execution practices
Active engagement in estimating skilled communities preferred
