Job Overview

Chez AWS, we believe in thinking big and are looking for a bilingual Senior Solutions Architect to advise our Financial Services & Insurance customers on adopting AWS technology. The role focuses on designing scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures to solve business challenges and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with customers, AWS Sales, and other teams to deliver cloud solutions that meet business needs.
Build deep relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor for critical workloads during their digital transformation.
Support the achievement of revenue objectives through application, software, and services adoption on AWS platform.
Educate customers on AWS value proposition and participate in detailed architectural discussions.
Contribute to AWS internal and customer‑facing publications such as white‑papers and blogs.
Act as a liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support to address customer needs.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in the financial services industry.
Knowledge of financial services applications and infrastructure.




Strong understanding of the transformative value of cloud technologies.
Excellence in strategic thinking about business, products, and technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
Cloud technology certification (e.g., Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Skilled, or Cloud DevOps Engineering).
Experience architecting or deploying cloud/virtualization solutions in enterprise customers.
Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base, and industry verticals.
Experience with large scale automation and workflow management.

Advantages

Base salary range: 146,000 - 211,600 CAD annually (CAN, QC, Montreal). Compensation may include signing bonus, restricted stock units, and other incentives.
