Reporting to the Production Kitchen Supervisor, this relief/casual Cook role centers on preparing nutritious meals and maintaining a clean, protected kitchen. You will take part in food purchasing, uphold health standards, and contribute to continuous menu improvement. Your commitment to quality will ensure residents enjoy healthy meals delivered with care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure food preparation meets health regulations and standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety protocols
• Monitor ingredient quality and document production records




• Coordinate with other cooks on scheduling and duties
• Assist in creating and testing recent recipes
Requirements:
• Chef training or qualification as Cook essential
• At least two years of experience in quantity food preparation
• Valid Food Handler Certification a must
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Physical capability to perform required tasks
