About the Prospect

We are growing again! We are seeking an experienced People Soft HCM Functional Analyststo support ongoing People Soft HCM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Execution of standard deliverables applicable to all facets of the system development lifecycle i.e., from requirements gathering to deployment.
Creation of detailed project documentation – BRD, Business Process Maps, Functional Specs, Functional Design Documents, Testing Matrices, Training Documentation etc.

Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10+ years of People Soft HCM Business Analyst experience.
Solid business analysis experience.
Experience working with public sector and/or higher education institutions
Experience with at least three People Soft HCM modules
