Cypress Medical and Surgical Specialists is looking for reliable, friendly, and organized individuals to join our team!

We are currently hiring for two positions:
Casual Reception
Temporary Part time Reception / casual. (approximately 20hrs/week)

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients in a qualified and compassionate manner.
Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Maintain accurate medical records
Process referrals and complete administrative tasks
Communicate with physicians and patients
Assist with general office duties to support clinic operations.

Qualifications:
Previous medical office or administrative experience is an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with Accuro EMR is considered an asset (but not required)
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
