Your New Role
As Site Superintendent, you will oversee the successful execution of an interior renovation project within an active hospital setting. You will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are achieved while working in a live healthcare environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Lead Foreman, or Foreman on commercial construction projects
Previous experience working within active hospital, healthcare, or other occupied facility environments
Strong understanding of interior renovation and tenant improvement (TI) projects
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage site activities while maintaining strict safety and operational requirements
