Key Responsibilities:
Provide urgent medical care for minor illnesses
Work collaboratively in a healthcare team workplace
Perform essential procedures like suturing and casting
Direct patients towards appropriate primary care options
Contribute to clinic’s quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
Full CPSBC License and CCFP essential
Emergency care experience preferred, not mandatory
Skills in minor procedures required
Availability to work varying shifts
Excellent communication and detail orientation
