JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent provides extensive administrative support for a clinic, department or program.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduation plus an administrative support program of over one year and up to two years or equivalent;
Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);
Two years' previous experience required;
Ability to write or revise a wide range of documents in French and English;
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and knowledge of other software programs currently used within the Network;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
Positive work history (performance and attendance);
Adherence to qualified ethical principles,
the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalite Health Network.
