You'll join as Director or VP of Finance depending on your experience, and we'll invest in your development toward the CFO seat. We recently consolidated onto Odoo as our single system of record, and we're building the finance function to match the pace of the business.What you'll doOwn finance process excellence across both companiesRun a reliable, on-time month-end and year-end closeDeliver consolidated reporting across entities and divisionsBuild cash flow forecasting and a company budget with variance analysisStrengthen controls - AP approvals, expense reporting, AR/collectionsOwn intercompany accounting and consolidationsBuild accurate inventory reporting across 3PL partnersManage US & Canada tax, remittances,
