With decades of success and an expanding development pipeline, this organization offers the opportunity to lead landmark residential projects while working alongside an experienced, collaborative team focused on excellence and long‐term growth.About the RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will lead one or more high‐rise residential developments through the full project lifecycle, from pre‐construction planning and budgeting through procurement, permitting, construction, turnover, and project close‐out. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will oversee project schedules, budgets, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DeliveryManage high‐rise residential projects from planning through construction and close‐outDefine project scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, and deliverablesLead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate internal departments throughout the project lifecycleEnsure projects meet quality, schedule, budget, and performance objectivesPlanning, Scheduling & Risk ManagementDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets,



and communication plansMonitor project risks and implement mitigation strategiesForecast resource requirements and coordinate project execution plansConduct post‐project reviews and recommend process improvementsConstruction & Consultant CoordinationCoordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and approval authoritiesReview construction logistics, procurement strategies, major purchase orders, and change ordersParticipate in contract negotiations and oversee contract administrationMonitor shop drawings, material procurement, manpower planning, and construction progressFinancial & Stakeholder ManagementOversee project financial performance, cost control, and reportingWork closely with executive leadership and internal departments including estimating, procurement, finance, sales, planning, and constructionMaintain strong relationships with consultants, trades, suppliers, and regulatory agenciesQualificationsMinimum 12+ years of progressive project management experience in high‐rise residential constructionProven experience managing projects through the full development and construction lifecycleStrong knowledge of construction management, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, and risk managementExperience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating consultants and contractorsProficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Teams, and project management softwareDegree or diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering,
