Experienced Concrete Finisher

Done Correctly Inc. is looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team.

Scope of Work

- Residential & commercial concrete
- Driveways, sidewalks, patios & garage pads
- Broom, exposed aggregate & decorative finishes
- Forming, placing, finishing & saw cutting

Responsibilities

- Set forms and prepare concrete placements
- Place, screed, bull float, edge and finish concrete
- Operate finishing tools and equipment
- Read grades and maintain quality standards
- Work safely and efficiently with the crew

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years concrete finishing experience
- Ability to finish concrete without supervision




- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to work long days when required

Assets

- Experience operating skid steers or equipment
- Class 1A or 3A license
- Leadership or crew lead experience
