We have an opportunity in any of our three branches for a Estimator to provide support to the Chief Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager team with all pre‑construction and estimating activities and to grow with us.

The wage band for this position is $99,000 - $123,000 annually, based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications
Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture, or direct experience equivalent.

Construction Related Technology Certificate or Diploma is required.

5+ years of experience in Pre‑Construction, Estimating, and/or related fields.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Estimating and Quantity Take Off software knowledge is an asset.

Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction documents.

Robust attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.

Supportive of a culture that encompasses the highest ethical standards aligned with the company core values; strong work ethic required.





Self‑motivated with a willingness and ability to learn and to be challenged.

Strong analytical, above‑average mathematical skills, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem‑solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to document and organize information efficiently and accurately.
