Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze income tax returns and schedules
• Support quarterly tax provisions and audit activities
• Assist with corporate tax documentation
• Contribute to analytical schedule preparation
• Manage ad hoc tax projects as needed

Requirements:
• University degree in accounting, finance, or mathematics
• 1-2 years of applicable tax experience
• Intermediate skills in Excel and other MS Office tools
• Familiarity with Yardi and tax software is beneficial
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
