Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to emergency calls promptly during the night
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Monitor all building systems and perform inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical,
plumbing, and electrical systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
• Required: ABSA 4th Class Power Engineer Certificate
• Preferred experience in hotel facility maintenance
• Strong skills in HVAC troubleshooting
• Valid Canadian driver's license mandatory
• Capability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks
