SUMMARY
The Ice Team Member will work during Abbotsford Canucks home games to assist with on-ice activities, including ice cleaning and promotions. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Other duties may be assigned as required)

Assist with on-ice set–up and execution of intermission contests as required

Assist on-ice during games and other events as directed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a competent skater in hockey skates and have a high level of physical fitness

Must be able to handle props & tools while skating (participation in on-ice auditions is required)

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by team schedule





Must be able to work 75% of Abbotsford Canucks home games per month

Solid team player

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Robust interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact professionally with fans of all ages

Knowledge of and a passion for qualified hockey would be an asset
