In this full-time role, you will co-teach the Junior Kindergarten program while ensuring a fun and supportive learning environment. You'll encourage outdoor learning, assist students during various activities, and strengthen relationships with parents. Your creativity and cooperative spirit will contribute to the school’s values of courage, creativity, and citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with a dedicated team of educators
• Plan and deliver interactive lessons
• Facilitate outdoor learning experiences
• Gather student assessments and documentation
• Support after-school care initiatives

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Educator Diploma or degree
• Proven experience in early childhood education
• Understanding of VCH licensing processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to child safety and care
