Sales Support Full Time Edmonton, AB $75,000 - $90,000 CAD per year
PlayQuest Recreation is a leader in commercial playground, spray park, shelters, skateparks, and park amenity sales in western Canada, with our head office in Edmonton. We are growing and are seeking a team member experienced in estimating, layout drawings, proposals and construction processes. This position can be based out of our Edmonton office, or remotely elsewhere in western Canada.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the creation & management of drawings, renderings and documentation, in collaboration with our suppliers, to create playground, spray park, shelter, amenity, and skatepark designs

Provide technical information to sales staff and other external clients (landscape architects and engineers) via telephone, email, and Teams.

Complete proposals using Adobe Suite and Proposify, including estimating/quotes in Quickbooks for the sales team.

Review project bid and tender documentation, specifications and drawings as required

Source and collaborate with suppliers and develop relationships with sub-contractors or material suppliers.

Diligently maintain and update CRM as projects progress.

Occasional marketing tasks

Qualifications:





Technical academic background. Post-secondary degree or diploma in a mechanical, civil, architecture or landscape architecture program

2 to 3 years construction experience (in the landscape/irrigation/automation industries are an asset) *in the last 5-8 years*

Customer Service experience is an asset

Experience with CRM and ERP systems is an asset

Previous sales experience is an asset

Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Excel, Adobe Platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) Bonus -Sketchup, or 3DS Max *in the last 3-5 years*

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

**Extreme proficiency in managing multiple technical tasks and projects, meeting rapid and tight deadlines.

Self driven with the ability to create new process to streamline work management.

Willing to learn new programs
