Key Responsibilities:
• Direct financial, administrative, and costing functions
• Analyze financial, sales, and operational data regularly
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow




• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial analyses for ownership
• Review and enhance group benefits and insurance policies

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Previous experience in construction finance
• In-depth GAAP and accounting competencies
• Ability to interpret financial data for improvement opportunities
• Strong leadership in a collaborative setting
