Lead strategic people initiatives with IREN as the Director of People Relations. This full time, hybrid role based in Vancouver requires expertise in employee relations and business enablement.
As part of the People & Culture department, you will report to the VP - People, Culture & Community. Your responsibilities include providing guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, and overseeing complex employee relations issues. You will lead a team dedicated to developing impactful human resource strategies across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with executives on people strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution




• Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
• Develop leadership capability and enhance employee engagement
• Collaborate with legal and compliance for risk management
Requirements:
• Over 15 years in HR with employee relations experience
• Proven leadership in large, geographically dispersed organizations
• Knowledge of employment legislation across jurisdictions
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Relevant professional HR designation required
