and completion of commercial construction projects to the satisfaction of the project team and the client.Major DutiesMeeting and/or exceeding budgeted resultsMeeting and improving project deadlinesImplementing and executing the Project Management Plan, Quality Plan, Risk Management Plan, and Site PlanEnsuring overall client satisfactionProper and efficient project administrationEstimating when requiredExperience and CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and plan reading.Education/Skills/CertificationsUniversity or College graduate majoring in Engineering or ConstructionProficient in MS Office and MS ProjectRequired ExperienceMinimum 5+ years commercial construction project management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
