As a Rail Conductor, you will work collaboratively with the Operations team to manage railcar movements safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage railcar movements safely with the Operations crew
• Communicate professionally with all stakeholders
• Observe and adhere to railroad safety regulations
• Engage in coupling and uncoupling rail procedures
• Apply hand brakes on idle railcars securely
Requirements:
• Completed grade 12 diploma or GED
• Previous Conductor experience required
• Clean Class 5 BC driver’s license mandatory
• Must be in valuable physical condition
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
