Key Responsibilities:
• Source and qualify candidates for future needs
• Cultivate skilled networks of qualified candidates
• Develop strategies aligned with business hiring plans




• Collaborate with hiring managers for recruitment objectives
• Promote the firm’s employee value and culture
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Understanding of talent acquisition and HR practices
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
