Director of EMSThe Director of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, strategic planning, and operation of the County's Emergency Medical Services department. The Director provides strategic leadership and direction; ensures organizational safety and regulatory compliance; cultivates positive working relationships with other response agencies and community organizations; and provides executive oversight of training, career development, operational protocols, policies, procedures and practices in collaboration with the Medical Director. Through the EMS Operations Manager and other supervisory staff,
