Connect Technology Decisions to Business Outcomes Translate ERP design decisions into business impacts.Work closely with ERP Product Manager, ERP Delivery Lead, Business SMEs Solution Architects, Integration Architects, Change Management teams to ensure transformation decisions are aligned and support the broader enterprise vision.Develop Executive-Level Material Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior leadership. Translate complex technical discussions into messages suitable for:CIOExecutive Management CommitteeCEO briefingsSteering Committees The ability to simplify complexity and tell a compelling business story is critical.Define Future-State Architecture Develop practical views ofBusiness capabilitiesBusiness processesOperating modelsApplication landscapeData flowsSystem interactions without creating excessive architecture documentation or governance overhead.Has deep experience with ERP-enabled business transformation.Understands Finance and Manufacturing business processes.Can converse comfortably with technical architects and business leaders.Has developed enterprise roadmaps and transformation strategiesIs highly analytical but pragmatic.Enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity. Can challenge assumptions while building consensus.Produces executive-quality presentations and recommendations.Basic Qualifications12-15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, ERP Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Business Transformation.Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.Experience working in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations environments.Solid understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.Global ERP Transformation Experience Oracle/SAP ERP Expertise Executive Storytelling & Board-Level Presentation SkillsBilingualism Business & Technology Integration Executive Communication & Influence ERP Transformation & Enterprise DesignCompensation$120,000 – $145,000 CAD (annual salary)The base salary or rate offered to an applicant within this range is determined by considering several factors, including the individual's geographic location, skills, competencies, and unique qualifications.
