Avalon Health Clinic is seeking Family Physicians to join our founding team as we prepare to open a new integrated primary care and multidisciplinary clinic in Greater Victoria.This is an opportunity to build a longitudinal patient panel in a collaborative setting where physicians work alongside Nurse Practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, kinesiologists, and other allied health professionals, all under one roof.What you'll do:Provide comprehensive longitudinal primary care to an attached patient panelBuild meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and familiesDiagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespanCollaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical teamRefer seamlessly to in-house allied health and rehabilitation servicesHelp shape the systems, workflows, and culture of a brand-new clinicWhat we offer:Physician overhead ranging from 15% to 27.5%, depending on billings and level of clinical supportStrong patient demand and excellent earning potentialFull administrative support, including MOAs, billing,
