You have a head for strategy, excellent relationship-building skills, and are as comfortable building budget forecasts as you are presenting to executive leadership.What You Will DoStrategic Roadmap & Modernization: Develop and execute a 3-5 year leadership roadmap focused on closing modern capability gaps (e.G., hybrid team management,



digital/AI fluency, resilience, and inclusive leadership).Portfolio & Program Management: Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of dynamic leadership programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior executives. Define the strategic "Why" and measure the ROI/business impact of these initiatives.Integrated Talent Strategy: Partner with People & Culture (HR, Recruitment, Succession Planning) to build a robust, diverse leadership pipeline and ensure seamless post-program skill application.Fiscal & Operational Oversight: Manage the portfolio's annual budgeting, resource allocation, vendor contracts, and software/platform governance.Agile Project Delivery: Oversee project lifecycles from quarterly planning to data-driven post-mortems. Establish KPIs to monitor progress, optimize delivery models, and regularly report results to senior executives.Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team of internal professionals and external consultants.What You BringInterpersonal & Communication SkillsBilingualism: Fluent in both English and French with the professional polish to influence and advise executive stakeholdersStrategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex organizational challenges into innovative, actionable learning solutionsChange Leadership: Diplomacy and conflict-management skills to guide leaders through structural and cultural transformationsExperience & KnowledgeEducation:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related fieldExperience: 5+ years of experience leading large-scale Leadership Development portfolios, including team management, product governance, and vendor managementDomain Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern instructional design, coaching frameworks, assessment tools, and global L&D trendsAsset: Prior exposure to the media or cultural industries is a strong assetCandidate may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.As part of our recruitment process, candidates who advance to the next step will be asked to complete a background check.
