From performing routine maintenance to troubleshooting and repairing machinery, your hands‐on expertise will help minimize downtime and support a smooth manufacturing process in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment.What You'll DoMaintain saws, nailing machines, conveyors & moreTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & basic electrical issuesWeld & fabricate for equipment repairs/modsService forklifts & material handling gearPerform building repairs & support installationsFollow all safety procedures including LOTOKeep accurate maintenance records & manage spare parts inventoryWhat You Bring3 plus year's experience in manufacturing, sawmills, or pallet/wood processing preferred.
