About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Performance & Strategic Execution to play a pivotal role in the organization's evolution. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's transition, ensuring that its ambitious growth plans are met with a disciplined and strategic approach. This senior leadership position is responsible for multi-year strategic planning, capital allocation governance, initiative portfolio prioritization, and enterprise performance analytics. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in sustaining high growth while enhancing operational discipline, particularly within a multi-site,



distributed P&L; environment. The VP will be tasked with aligning the company's growth initiatives with financial and capacity realities, making explicit strategic tradeoffs, and maintaining a strong focus on both speed and sustainability.

Key accountabilities for the role include leading the annual and multi-year strategic planning cycle, establishing rigorous business case standards for major investments, and owning the enterprise initiative portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a solid commercial orientation, financial fluency, and the ability to assess tradeoffs between growth velocity and operational sustainability. They should be comfortable operating in a high-pressure, growth-focused environment and be adept at challenging assumptions with data and economic logic. The role also requires a leader who is a clear communicator at executive, Board, and parent levels, and who can provide transparent visibility into the company's growth trajectory and capital deployment.
