A rapidly growing Series A SaaS startup is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of mobile experiences for a workflow-driven Construction SaaS platform. This is a full‑time opportunity focused on creating intuitive iOS, Android, and cross‑platform applications while partnering closely with product and engineering teams.

This role is ideal for a senior designer who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing product strategy, owning projects from concept to launch, and is looking to take that step forward into a staff level role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the mobile experience, contribute to design systems, and make a significant impact in high‑growth environments.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of Product Design experience
- Strong mobile app design experience (iOS, Android, or cross‑platform)
- Experience owning products from discovery through launch
- Expertise in UX, interaction design,



and user research
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
- Design system experience

- B2B SaaS experience
- Workflow‑heavy product experience
- Construction, logistics, scheduling, or operational software experience
- Mentoring experience
