- Oversee deployment of the Cadre Operating Model across sites
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable operational plans
- Lead initiatives enhancing Inventory, Cost, and Employee Engagement




- Mentor and support Plant Managers in operational practices
- Facilitate workshops and events to accelerate learning Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence or Manufacturing
- Proven ability in leading large-scale transformations
- Expertise in Lean, Kaizen, and Daily Management techniques
