In this Clinical Pharmacist role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing patient care through the prevention and resolution of drug-related problems. Experience with sterile compounding is preferred, as well as a genuine desire to support patient health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address and prevent medication-related issues for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective compounding




• Promote patient satisfaction through safe medication practices
• Educate and inform patients about their medications
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy operational standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required
• Active Florida Pharmacist license required
• Preferred completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
• Experience with USP 797/800 and BCSCP is advantageous
• Commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence
