Take the lead in capital projects as a Process Engineer at Deep Sky, focusing on cutting-edge carbon capture solutions. Develop and optimize Direct Air Capture systems across Canada.

As a senior individual contributor, your role will involve extensive hands-on design and integration of technology for Direct Air Capture. You will ensure the technical integrity of DAC systems from initial design to commercial deployment. Your expertise will significantly enhance decision-making on equipment and energy usage in our carbon management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead design for Direct Air Capture technologies
• Refine and develop P&IDs; for safety and efficiency
• Conduct simulations using Aspen Plus or HYSYS




• Drive selection for major DAC system components
• Collaborate in the scale-up of DAC units to commercial operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Process Engineering
• P.Eng certification in Canada
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in process design roles
• High level of skill in process simulation tools
• Background in mass transfer and gas separation technologies
