As a Manufacturing Engineer at Machina Labs, you will support the production ramp-up of the innovative RoboCraftsman cells. This role offers the opportunity to engage in complex manufacturing challenges, utilizing your engineering skills to enhance workflows and reliability in a fast-paced setting. You will contribute to the assembly process by streamlining manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Scale up production processes from low to high volume
• Develop work instructions and method sheets for consistency
• Collaborate with engineering for design evaluations




• Manage BOMs for better material routing
• Lead initiatives to improve facility layout and workflows

Requirements:
• 5+ years in manufacturing or operations within a relevant field
• Solid CAD skills in SolidWorks or similar software
• Knowledge of assembly documentation and processes
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation
