In this 12-month contract, you will report to the eComm National Business Manager. Your key focus will be to support and resolve challenges within Amazon operations while collaborating with various departments to maintain brand integrity and optimize sales efforts. Your analytical skills coupled with effective communication will be vital for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Amazon operational compliance and dispute claims
• Partner with logistics for optimal performance and adherence
• Address ASIN issues and ensure timely resolutions




• Collaborate on brand integrity against counterfeit risks
• Maintain sales reporting and product catalog management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
• 1-2 years experience in eCommerce account management
• Proficient with Amazon systems and analytical tools
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Excellent team-oriented and communication abilities
