The Clinical Practice Coach serves as an essential resource for clinical guidance and quality improvement, reporting directly to the Regional Director. Your expertise will facilitate onboarding, competency assessments, and ongoing staff education, ensuring high standards of patient care in accordance with SE Health’s mission. This role also demands an active commitment to quality initiatives and collaborative efforts within the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate nursing orientation and ongoing competency evaluations
• Provide feedback and development through coaching sessions




• Conduct comprehensive chart audits for care quality
• Collaborate with teams to enhance patient care outcomes
• Develop personalized learning strategies for recent staff

Requirements:
• RN designation and Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
• Minimum of one year experience in community nursing required
• Preferably two years of experience in adult education
• Strong communication and trouble-solving abilities
• Ability to travel within the Central West and Mississauga Halton region
