This HVAC Technician position requires an individual skilled in maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of systems. You will work independently and as part of a team, focusing on operational efficiency. Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, performing inspections, and adhering strictly to safety protocols. You will also train junior technicians in maintenance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems effectively
• Perform routine maintenance on critical systems
• Inspect systems to prevent failures
• Communicate work completion and issues to the team
• Train fellow technicians on essential skills

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years HVAC experience mandatory
• Valid G1, G2, or G3 Gas Technician Licenses
• Certification as a 313A Mechanic essential
• Forklift/Scissor lift licenses are highly valued
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
