Our client is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager for a 6 months contract that start mid-September or early October 2026, this role offers exposure to a wide range of tax matters, including tax audits, disputes, compliance, transfer pricing, tax planning, and strategic business initiatives, while partnering closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external advisors.

The Corporate Tax Manager is a member of the Corporate Tax team in the Financial and Corporate Services Division and reports to the Vice President, Corporate Tax.

Responsible for:

Robust experience managing audits and tax authority interactions

Ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear business insights for senior stakeholders

Strong understanding of tax risk management and internal controls

Solid leadership, critical thinking, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach

Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment

Experience working with global or offshore teams is an asset

Effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills,



and good presentation skills including presentation to non-tax persons or senior management on complicated

Qualifications

CPA (or equivalent) and CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Courses Level 1 & 2

4+ years of corporate tax experience

Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred

Strong experience managing tax audits and tax authority interactions

Knowledge of IFRS tax accounting, transfer pricing, and Canadian corporate tax legislation

Ability to communicate complex tax matters to senior non-tax stakeholders
