Elevate Ashby's value consulting approach as our first dedicated Senior Value Consultant. Focus on defining value through customized impact assessments and strategic initiatives in a hybrid work model.

In this role, you will work closely with the Solutions Engineering team, sculpting the foundational elements of our value selling strategy. Your dual focus will include engaging with clients to solidify business cases and ensuring that our Customer Success team maximizes client investments. You will also play a central role in developing frameworks that resonate with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enhancements to impact assessment processes
• Facilitate high-level value discussions during key deals




• Train and mentor SE and CSM teams on value consulting
• Collaborate with CS to assess real-world value
• Revise messaging for strategic customer engagements

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in value consulting or engineering
• High-level communication skills with executives
• Proven record in cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to create clarity from complex data
• Empathetic approach to Talent Acquisition challenges
