Fraser Health is seeking a Full Time Community Occupational Therapist specializing in Assertive Community Treatment in Burnaby, B.C. This role is essential for delivering quality care in mental health rehabilitation.

As part of a dedicated health care team, you will provide targeted occupational therapy services to clients, addressing their unique needs and enhancing their functional capabilities. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to develop effective rehabilitation plans and achieve successful outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client capabilities and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies
• Facilitate both individual and group therapeutic sessions




• Collaborate with clients and community partners for service delivery
• Evaluate program outcomes and suggest enhancements

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Two years' experience in related mental health roles
• Valid B.C. Class V Driver's License and vehicle access
• Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation models
• Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
