We are looking for a Collections & Recoveries Manager to lead development in KOHO's financial operations as it becomes a full-service bank. This role is crucial for crafting a collections program that optimally serves customers during financially challenging times. Engage with data analytics and strategic planning to improve internal processes and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor delinquency and loss trends for actionable insights
• Develop targeted contact strategies for customer outreach
• Design flexible payment arrangements for customer relief




• Collaborate with BPO partners to ensure quality collections
• Establish recovery strategies for customers after defaults
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in collections strategy or management
• Familiarity with the collections lifecycle and recovery processes
• Hands-on experience in developing customer engagement techniques
• Proficient in analytics and financial modeling; SQL knowledge is beneficial
• Understanding of Canadian regulations regarding debt
