Shape the future of HR at TrustFlight as a Strategic HR Partner in the aviation technology industry. This role is designed for HR professionals focused on talent management, organizational design, and building scalable HR systems in a fast-paced SaaS workplace.

You will provide critical HR support to the Canadian operations while impacting the wider Group initiatives. The role encompasses guiding leaders on workforce planning, leading the talent acquisition function, and ensuring employee satisfaction through effective engagement strategies. Your analytical skills will drive continuous improvements in HR reporting and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders for effective workforce design
• Direct talent acquisition and management processes




• Support managers with employee relations and conflict resolution
• Streamline HR systems and processes for manager self-service
• Deliver insights through HR analytics and metrics

Requirements:
• 5-7+ years of HR experience, including HRBP roles
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields
• CIPD qualification or CPHR certification preferred
• Familiarity with Canadian and UK HR law
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms

Drive impactful HR initiatives and contribute to TrustFlight's mission in the aviation industry.
