In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll help transform complex client needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive real value.

You will:

Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs

Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications

Support the design, development, and delivery of web portal solutions

Ensure solutions are user‑friendly, accessible, and aligned with client expectations

Contribute to the successful migration and implementation of client portals

Lead requirements gathering through workshops and client interactions

Break down complex needs into clear, structured documentation

Collaborate on solution design and estimation discussions

Support development teams by clarifying requirements

Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)

Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are appliedContribute to release documentation and communication

Manage priorities across multiple projects with tight timelines

Qualifications

3+ years Business Analysis experience

3+ years web portal/digital platform experience

Experience gathering and documenting requirements

Agile methodology experience

Experience working with developers and QA teams

Client‑facing experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Robust analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Experience with documentation and functional specsStrong communication skills

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.; interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Annual Salary range : 48,300.00 - 69,000.00 - 80,000.00 CAD Annual
