What We Are Looking For
A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
Valid Gas Fitter Two License
Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
Clear criminal record
Strong technical and customer service skills, with proven company metrics in current and previous roles
Effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments
Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
Accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction with a positive, can‑do attitude
Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team workplace, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements
What Will You Do
Ensure customers’ heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.
Follow all Energy Star installation processes and procedures.
Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all HVAC options.
Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections.
Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
Promote our products and services on every call.
Provide a five‑star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customer’s home.
Request online reviews from customers as appropriate.
Contribute to our high standards of health and safety.
