In this full time position, you will report to the Assistant Vice President & Senior Counsel and become a key player in the legal team supporting Canadian wealth and asset management operations. Your work will range from drafting essential legal documents to advising on innovative product strategies and regulatory developments. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate investment fund documentation
• Research and advise on complex regulatory requirements




• Support new product development initiatives
• Review and ensure compliance of marketing materials
• Advise on segregated fund matters

Requirements:
• Law Degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of investment fund and corporate securities law
• Excellent analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• General investment knowledge is an asset
