Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment modalities
• Facilitate client education and self-management strategies
• Participate actively in case conferences for ongoing care
• Document all care and treatment interventions systematically
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Nursing program
• Two years of relevant experience in mental health
• Current registration as a nurse with BCCNM
• Robust communication and counseling skills
• Must have a valid BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle
