The Technology Finance team at Equinix is looking for a Manager to partner with Engineering Excellence, IT Security, Data & Analytics, and Data Science. This key role involves overseeing strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business case development. Utilize your financial acumen to inform technology leadership on funding decisions and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as finance business partner to engineering and IT analytics teams
• Lead the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and reporting
• Perform variance analysis to assess financial performance
• Develop business cases for technology-related investments
• Ensure accurate capitalization treatment in conjunction with Accounting
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in FP&A; or financial management
• Expertise in financial modeling tools and ERP systems
• Familiarity with capitalization principles for software development
• Background in technology or SaaS industries beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline required
